丹参川芎嗪辅助治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果及对炎症因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探究丹参川芎嗪辅助治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果及对炎症因子水平的影响。方法选取本院2016年1月至2019年12月收治的66例不稳定型心绞痛患者作为研究对象,遵循随机数字法将其分为参照组(n=33,常规抗心绞痛药物治疗)和研究组(n=33,丹参川芎嗪+常规抗心绞痛药物治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果及心功能、炎症因子、血流动力学指标。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为87.88%,高于参照组的63.64%(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的LVSDVI、LVEDVI、IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP水平均低于参照组,LVEF、E/A均高于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的心绞痛发作次数、硝酸甘油用量均少于参照组,发作持续时间短于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的EAI、PV、CP均低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论丹参川芎嗪辅助治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果显著,可缓解患者疾病症状,并改善其心功能、炎症因子、血流动力学指标,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine in adjuvant treatment of unstable angina pectoris and its influence on inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 66 patients with unstable angina pectoris admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into referemce group(n=33,conventional antianginal drugs treatment)and study group(n=33,salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine+conventional antianginal drugs treatment)according to random number method.The therapeutic effect,cardiac function,inflammatory factors and hemodynamics of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 87.88%,which was higher than 63.64%in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,LVSDVI,LVEDVI and the levels of IL-6,TNF-αand hs-CRP in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,while LVEF and E/A in the study group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of angina attacks and the amount of nitroglycerin in the study group were less than those in the reference group,and the attack duration was shorter than that in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the EAI,PV and CP in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine in adjuvant treatment of unstable angina pectoris has a significant clinical effect,it can relieve the symptoms,and improve the cardiac function,inflammatory factors and hemodynamics of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
