正念减压结合5E康复模式对永久性肠造口患者病耻感及社会功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨正念减压结合5E康复模式对永久性肠造口患者病耻感及社会功能的影响。方法选取2018年3月至2020年3月收治的72例永久性肠造口患者进行观察,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各36例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上加以正念减压结合5E康复模式干预。比较两组患者干预前、后的病耻感、社会功能及心理调适能力。结果干预后,观察组内在羞耻感、经济不安全感、社会孤立、社会排斥评分均低于对照组,OAI-20、日常生活能力、动性/交往情况、社会活动技能评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论正念减压结合5E康复模式干预用于永久性肠造口患者中,能够有效改善其病耻感和心理调适能力,促进其社会功能显著提高,值得推广。Objective To explore the effects of mindfulness decompression combined with 5E rehabilitation model on the stigma and social function of patients with permanent enterostomy.Methods A total of 72 patients with permanent enterostomy admitted from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected for observation and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given mindfulness decompression combined with 5E rehabilitation model intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The stigma,social function and psychological adjustment ability before and after intervention of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of internal shame,economic insecurity,social isolation and social exclusion in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of OAI-20,activities of daily living,mobility/communicative condition and social activity skills in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mindfulness decompression combined with 5E rehabilitation mode intervention in patients with permanent enterostomy can effectively improve patients'stigma and psychological adjustment ability,and promote the significant improvement of patients'social function,which is worthy of promotion.
