摘  要:环氧虫啶是我国自主创制的新烟碱类杀虫剂。为了提高其收率,降低其成本,以2-氯-5-氯甲基吡啶为起始原料,先与乙二胺缩合,再与1,1-二氯硝基乙烯缩合,最后与丁二醛关环共3步反应得到环氧虫啶。研究了物料配比、反应温度、投料方式等影响因素,优化条件下环氧虫啶的总收率达到64.8%。该合成方法路线短,工艺过程简单,收率高,具有工业化开发价值。Cycloxaprid is a kind of neonicotinoid insecticide which is independently invented by our country.In order to increase the yield and reduce the cost,the cycloxaprid was synthesized from 2-chloro-5-(chloromethyl)pyridine by three steps of reaction,which were first condensation between 2-chloro-5-(chloromethyl)pyridine and ethylenediamine,then condensation with 1,1-dichloro-2-nitroethene,and last cyclization with succinaldehyde.The influence factors such as material ratio,reaction temperature and feeding mode were studied,and the total yield of cycloxaprid was 64.8%under the optimized condition.This new synthetic method had the advantages of short synthetic route,simple process and high yield,and was suitable to be applied in industry.
