摘　　要：以城市轨道交通车辆铝合金车头为研究对象,简述了城市轨道交通车辆采用铝合金车头的优势,介绍了钣金成型和超塑成形制造铝合金车头的加工工艺,分析了钣金成型和超塑成型在制造铝合金车头过程中的优缺点以及工艺难点,并给出了具体的解决方案。Taking aluminum alloy car head on urban rail transit cars as research object,the advantages of urban rail transit cars with aluminum alloy car head are briefly described,the processing technology of aluminum alloy car body manufactured by sheet metal forming and superplastic forming is described,the advantages and disadvantages as well as process difficulties of sheet metal forming and superplastic forming in the course of manufacture of aluminum alloy car head are analyzed,and the specific solutions are provided.
