摘　　要：去势抵抗性前列腺癌是前列腺癌的难治类型,其预后较差,现代医学治疗手段有限。崔学教教授认为,去势抵抗性前列腺癌病机为本虚标实,正气、脏腑亏虚为本,气滞血瘀、毒结下窍为标。辨证论治应扶正与去邪并行,强调补法与通法的应用,治以益肾健脾扶正、疏肝行气散结、解毒活血化瘀为法,并随证加减、个体化施治,可取得较好临床疗效。Professor CUI Xue-jiao believes that the pathogenesis of castration-resistant prostate cancer is characterized by deficiency in the origin and excess in the superficiality.The deficiency in the origin manifests as the insufficiency of healthy qi and zang-fu organs,and excess in the superficiality manifests as qi stagnation and blood stasis,and toxin accumulation in the lower orifice.The therapeutic principles for castration-resistant prostate cancer should be the simultaneous utilization of supporting healthy qi and emanating pathogens,and the tonifying therapy and dredging therapy are stressed.For the treatment of castration-resistant prostate cancer,the methods of tonifying the kidney and spleen,supporting healthy qi,smoothing the liver,activating qi and dissipating mass,detoxifying,activating blood and removing stasis can be used,and the modification of herbs for the accompanying symptoms and signs as well as the individual treatment can be performed.By utilizing the above methods properly,satisfactory efficacy for castration-resistant prostate cancer can be achived.
