摘 要:对市政给水厂压力式超滤膜和浸没式超滤膜系统的应用差异进行了分析总结,着重讨论了膜通量、运行能耗、单组规模、回收率、适用性、占地面积、操作环境、化学清洗、换膜便利性等方面。以40万m^(3)/d规模新建膜系统为例,进行了简要系统设计,并对比两者的投资估算和运行成本等。The difference between the pressure ultrafiltration membrane system and the submerged ultrafiltration membrane system applied in municipal water treatment plant was analyzed.Herein,the membrane flux,operating energy consumption,single-group scale,recovery rate,applicability,floor space,operating environment,chemical cleaning and convenience of membrane replacement were emphatically discussed.A brief system design of a new membrane system with a scale of 400 000 m^(3)/d was conducted,in which the investment estimates and operating costs of the two kinds of ultrafiltration membrane systems were compared.
