摘  要:碘代消毒副产物(I-DBPs)由于具有较高的细胞毒性和基因毒性而受到广泛关注。水源水中含有Fe^(3+),并且在饮用水处理和输配过程中也常会有新的Fe^(3+)引入。现有研究表明金属离子可能会对常规Cl-DBPs的生成产生影响,然而有关其对更高毒性的I-DBPs生成影响的研究相对较少。考察了氯胺消毒体系中Fe^(3+)对I-DBPs生成的影响。研究结果表明,Fe^(3+)通过促进氯胺衰减而抑制I-DBPs生成,Fe^(3+)与腐殖酸的络合对I-DBPs生成过程影响较小。当一定量Fe^(3+)进入氯胺消毒体系时,总碘代三卤甲烷生成量得到显著抑制,且抑制效果与Fe^(3+)浓度呈正相关而受I-浓度影响较小。当实际水样Fe^(3+)浓度为100μmol/L时,在典型氯胺消毒体系中生成的总碘代三卤甲烷浓度降低17.3%,综合毒性水平降低21.2%。Iodinated disinfection by-products(I-DBPs)have received widespread attention due to their high cytotoxicity and genotoxicity.The source water contains ferric ion(Fe^(3+)),and Fe^(3+)is often introduced into drinking water from treatment process and distribution system.Previous studies have shown that metal ions may affect the generation of chlorinated DBPs,but there are few studies investigating more toxic I-DBPs formation.This article explored the effects of Fe^(3+)on the formation of I-DBPs during chloramination process.The results showed that Fe^(3+)inhibited the formation of I-DBPs by promoting the decay of chloramines,and the complexation of Fe^(3+)with humic acid had little effect on the formation of I-DBPs.When Fe^(3+)was introduced into the chloramine disinfection system,the total iodo-trihalomethanes formation was significantly suppressed,and the inhibitory effect was positively correlated with the concentration of Fe^(3+)and was less affected by the concentration of I-.When real water sample contains 100μmol/L Fe^(3+),the total concentration of iodo-trihalomethanes generated in a typical chloramine disinfection system was reduced by17.3%,and the comprehensive toxicity level was reduced by 21.2%.
