摘 要:采用悬浮填料技术对城镇污水处理厂二级出水进行极限脱氮研究,分析填充比、水温及硝酸盐氮表面负荷等关键因素对悬浮填料技术极限脱氮性能的影响,考察悬浮填料技术极限脱氮效果。结果表明,填料填充比宜控制在35%~50%,当水温23~27℃,硝酸盐氮表面负荷可控制为2.5gNO_(3)^(-)-N/(m^(2)·d),HRT为30min,当水温11~13℃,硝酸盐氮表面负荷宜控制在1.0gNO_(3)^(-)-N/(m^(2)·d)以下,HRT为1.3~1.5h。稳定运行期间,水温11~27℃,进水TN为13.50~16.20mg/L、NO_(3)^(-)-N为11.20~12.85mg/L,控制填料投加比为45%、HRT为0.5~1.5h、乙酸钠投加量为50~70mg/L时,出水TN为1.24~2.59mg/L、NO_(3)^(-)-N为0.65~1.58mg/L。微生物在属水平进行聚类分析结果表明,悬浮填料附着生物膜以Arobacte、Rhodocyclacea、Zoogloea和Dechloromonas等反硝化功能菌属为主,保证了悬浮填料脱氮的高效性。The limiting denitrification of secondary effluent from municipal wastewater treatment plant was carried by suspended carrier technology,The influence of key factor such as filling ration,water temperature and surface load of nitrate nitrogen on the limiting denitrification performance of suspended carrier technology was analyzed,and the limiting denitrification effect was investigated.The results show that the filling ration should be controlled at 35%~50%,when the water temperature was 23~27℃,the surface load of nitrate nitrogen and HRT can be controlled at 2.5 gNO_(3)^(-)-N/(m^(2)·d)and 30 min,and when the water temperature was 11~13℃,the surface load of nitrate nitrogen and HRT can be controlled below 1.0 gNO_(3)^(-)-N/(m^(2)·d)and 1.3~1.5 h.During stable operation,the water temperature was 11~27 ℃,the influent TN and NO_(3)^(-)-N was13.50~16.20 mg/L and 11.20~12.85 mg/L,when the filling ratio,HRT and the dosage of sodium acetate was 45%,0.5~1.5 hand 50~70 mg/L,the effluent TN and NO_(3)^(-)-N was 1.24~2.59 mg/L and 0.65~1.58 mg/L.The results of microbial cluster analysis at genus level showed that the attached biofilm of suspended carrier was mainly composed of denitrifying functional bacteria such as Arobacte、Rhodocyclacea、Zoogloea and Dechloromonas,which ensured the high efficiency of denitrification of suspended carrier.
