摘  要:北方某城市区域面临污水处理能力增加、河道生态补水及相关管网建设问题。通过对污水集中处理与原位处理的技术经济比较,确定采用原位处理。河道补水点附近将地下泵站改建为河道生态补给站,处理能力0.6万m^(3)/d,就地处理就地补水;污水处理厂仅扩容2万m^(3)/d,出水满足一级A标准;整个工程无需进行管网的新改扩建。河道生态补给站和污水处理厂的生化核心工艺均采用AAO-MBBR,使出水均可稳定达标排放。生态补给站占地仅1600m^(2),以花园式全地下水质净化厂为设计理念,采用地埋式建设,对周边环境影响小,实现了污水就近处理,就近回用。污水处理厂在无新增用地的情况下,克服了提量和达标的困难,实现了原池提量20%,并且稳定达标。The area of a northern city faced the problem of increasing the wastewater treatment capacity,ecological water supplement of the river and relatedive pipe construction.Compared between in-situ treatment and centralized treatment in technology and economy,in-situ technical route is used.Near the river water supplement point,the underground pumping station is reconstructed into a river ecological supplement station with 6000 m^(3)/d treatment capacity.WWTP reduces capacity expansion and only increases 20000 m^(3)/d,and the effluent meets Level A Grade I standard.The entire project does not need to build,rebuild and expand the pipe network.The entire project does not need to build,rebuild and expand the pipe network.The biochemical core process of river ecological supplement station and WWTP are adopted the AAO+MBBR,so that the effluent can be stably discharged to the standard.The river ecological supplement station covers an area of only 1600 m^(2) and adopts underground construction.The station is designed with the garden-style full groundwater purification plant as the design concept,which has little impact on the surrounding environment and realizes in-situ treatment and supplement.In the absence of new land for use,WWTP has overcome the difficulty of expansion and achieving the standard,which raises20%quality and reach standard stably.
