摘 要:沿海城市的排涝问题往往相对复杂,需要妥善处理好过境洪水、外海潮水、暴雨强降水的关系,才能较好地保障城市安全。以某典型滨海城市排涝规划为例,构建了内河、滞涝区、排涝泵站共同组合的综合排涝体系,分析并指出了上述体系的建设要点,如最快排除涝水的内河排水方向,最具效费比的泵站、滞涝区、填方组合,最后,针对采用较高的洪潮暴雨标准组合带来的工程规模较大问题,通过多情景分析,指出内河、滞涝区实际使率较高,宜先期建设,大型泵站使用率较低,应分期安排。The problem of urban waterlogging in coastal area is complex and diverse,in order to protect the coastal cities,it is necessary to properly solve the problems caused by river flood,ocean tide and great rainstorm.This paper is based on an urban flood control plan of a coastal city,and constructs a comprehensive flood control system composed of inland river,flood detention area and drainage pumping stations.It analyzes and pointes out the key of the flood control system——inland river drainage directions which could drain the water in minimum hours,and pumping station,flood retention and construction fill plans with the most cost-effective ratio.After multi scenario analysis,points that the utilization of drainage rivers or channels and flood retention areas is more frequent than the drainage pumps and which should be considered in project arrangements in order to reduce the investments.
