摘 要:以唐山市某不锈钢企业二期超滤水处理设备的进出水为研究对象,基于高炉冲渣废水的热量平衡、超滤进水量以及管道散热量的合理化分析和计算,对该厂区的水处理设备管线进行改造,确定了利用高炉冲渣废水余热提高超滤进水温度的方法。改造后超滤膜进水温度可达到25℃以上,从而保证了超滤膜在低温季节的正常运行,且运行费用仅为燃煤锅炉加热费用的4%左右,同时,对高炉冲渣废水的回用,可避免水热污染的发生,缓解了燃煤锅炉的烟气排放污染。Taking the inlet and outlet water of UF membrane treatment equipment of a stainless steel enterprise in Tangshan city as the research object.Based on the rational analysis and calculation of heat balance,ultrafiltration water inflow and pipeline heat dissipation of blast furnace slag washing wastewater,the pipeline of water treatment equipment in the plant area was reformed.Then the method of increasing the temperature of ultrafiltration influent water by using waste heat of blast furnace slag washing wastewater was used.After modification,the inlet temperature of UF membrane can reach above 25℃,which ensures the normal operation of UF membrane in low temperature season.And the operation cost of this method is only about 4%of the heating cost of coal-fired boilers.At the same time,the reuse of blast furnace slag-washing wastewater can avoid the occurrence of hydrothermal pollution and reduce the pollution of flue gas emission from coal-fired boilers.
