摘  要:甘肃某精细化工企业产生的精细化工废水,COD 6 500~12 600 mg/L、BOD5670~1 120mg/L、氨氮130~180mg/L、TDS 8 000~9 000mg/L,成分复杂,COD值高,B/C值低,盐分含量高,属于有毒、难降解有机废水。在实验室研究基础上,确定采用铁碳微电解-混凝沉淀-水解酸化-好氧处理工艺,并辅以优质铁碳材料、高温水解酸化、微生物固定化载体和玉米面强化共代谢等强化处理手段。结果表明,该工艺抗冲击负荷能力强、处理效果好、运行稳定,处理后水质优于《污水排入城镇下水道水质标准》(GB/T 31962-2015)中B等级指标。The fine chemical wastewater produced by a fine chemical enterprise was toxic and refractory organic wastewater with complex composition,high COD,low B/C and high salt content,COD 6 500~12 600 mg/L,BOD5670~1 120 mg/L,NH3-N 130~180 mg/L,TDS8 000~9 000 mg/L.On the basis of laboratory studies,the combined process of the microelectrolysis/coagulation/hydrolytic acidification/aerobic was used.And accompanied by high quality iron and carbon materials,high temperature hydrolysis and acidification, microbial immobilized carrier and cometabolism of corn,etc.The results showed that the combined process is characterized by powerful resistance to impact,high efficiency and stable operation.and the treated water quality is better than the standard of Grade B in the Water quality standard for sewage discharge into Urban Sewers(GB/T 31962-2015).
