泡沫水喷淋系统中外规范对比及设计经验探讨

摘　　要：泡沫水喷淋系统广泛应用于油气储存场所、飞机库、隧道及汽车库灭火等场所,通过对比中外规范适用场所的异同、具体场所的细则规定,发现不少国内未明确的问题。可变支管管径调整方法利用在泡沫水喷淋设计计算过程中,可以确保整个系统流量相对较为均衡。泡沫液管道及给水管道水力平衡计算也是有必要的,可以确保泡沫液能够正压注入比例混合器且不超过规定值。Foam water spray system is widely used in various places,such as oil and gas storage places,hangar,tunnel and garage fire extinguishing and so on.We can understand the similarities and differences between the applicable places of Chinese and foreign criteria and find out the differences in the detailed rules and regulations of specific places by comparative analysis.The variable branch pipe diameter adjustment method can be used to ensure that the flow rate of the entire system is relatively balanced during the foam water spray design calculation process.It is also necessary to calculate the hydraulic balance of the foam liquid pipe and the water supply pipe to ensure that the foam liquid can be injected into the proportional mixer positively and does not exceed the specified value.
