摘　　要：香烟烟雾含有多种有害物质,长期暴露可导致人体多个器官的病理改变和功能障碍。研究显示,吸烟可以损伤胰腺的内、外分泌功能,诱发多种疾病的发生。然而香烟烟雾损伤胰腺的具体机制复杂且缺乏系统的阐述。我们总结了香烟烟雾对胰腺损伤的作用机制,为疾病治疗提供新思路,并简要介绍胰腺损伤后的并发症,警惕香烟的危害。Cigarette smoke contains a variety of harmful substances.Long-term exposure can lead to pathological changes and dysfunction of multiple organs.Studies have shown that smoking can damage the endocrine and exocrine functions of pancreas and induce a variety of diseases.But the mechanism of pancreatic injury induced by cigarette smoke is complex and lack of systematic elaboration.This paper summarizes the mechanism of cigarette smoke on pancreatic injury,provided a new idea for disease treatment,and briefly introduced the complications after pancreatic injury,to guard against the harm of cigarette smoke.
