类风湿关节炎中医外治法的研究进展

摘　　要：类风湿关节炎是常见的自身免疫病,病情反复发作,迁延难愈,给患者和社会都带来很大的负担。针灸、蜂针、蜡疗、穴位贴敷等中医外治法被证实有效,可改善类风湿关节炎患者的整体评分和长期预后,且不良反应发生率低。文章通过回顾近年来常用的中医外治法在类风湿关节炎中的应用,总结各外治法研究进展,以期为临床医生治疗类风湿关节炎提供更多参考。Rheumatoid arthritis is a common autoimmune disease.The disease is recurrent and difficult to cure,which brings great burden to patients and society.Acupuncture,bee acupuncture,wax therapy,acupoint application and other traditional Chinese external treatment are proved to be effective,which can improve the overall score and long-term prognosis of patients with rheumatoid arthritis,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.This paper reviews the application of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment in rheumatoid arthritis in recent years,and summarizes the research progress of each external treatment,in order to provide more reference for clinicians in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
