中医体质辨识在健康管理应用的研究进展

摘　　要：中医体质辨识在健康管理中心扮演着越来越重要的角色,体现"治未病"的理念。目前将体质分为9类,其中平和质是健康体质,其余8种为偏颇体质,即亚健康状况。中医体质辨识不仅是体检人群亚健康状态早期发现和防治的重要手段,而且在慢性病管理中发挥重要作用,将亚健康人群的体质类型登记并追踪管理,制定相应的饮食调理、生活方式、运动、药物治疗一系列方案,将促进人民群众的健康,丰富和完善公共卫生服务体系,体现中医"未病先防,既病防变"的中医理论思想。TCM constitution identification plays an increasingly important role in the health management center,which embodies the concept of"preventive treatment of disease".At present,the constitution is divided into nine categories,in which the mild constitution is healthy constitution,and the other eight are biased constitution,namely sub-health condition.TCMconstitution identification is not only an important means for early detection and prevention of sub-health status of physical examination population,but also plays an important role in the management of chronic diseases.Registering and tracking the constitution types of sub-health population,and formulating a series of corresponding plans for diet conditioning,lifestyle,exercise and drug treatment will promote the health of the people,enrich and improve public health services system,reflecting the traditional Chinese medicine theory of"prevention before disease,prevention after disease".
