摘　　要：在高校扩招背景下,研究生培养质量下滑的趋势越来越明显。文章分析了提升研究生培养质量政策的执行效果,认为高等教育经费投入不足、研究生自我学习意识差,以及导师在执导过程中承担的风险过大等问题,是造成当前研究生培养质量下滑的重要原因。最后提出了保障研究生培养质量的措施建议。In the context of college enrollment expansion,the declining trend of postgraduate training quality is becoming more and more obvious.The implementation effect of postgraduate training policies was analyzed in this paper.It is believed that insufficient investment in higher education,poor self-learning awareness of postgraduates,and excessive risks taken by supervisors in the process of directing are important reasons for the current decline in the quality of postgraduate training.Finally,suggested measures to ensure the quality of postgraduate training are put forward.
