摘　　要：文章探讨了不使用任何凉感助剂开发一种纯棉凉感功能性面料的生产工艺,通过调整纱线结构,使面料减少与皮肤的接触面积,并扩大纱线间的空隙,增大散湿散热表面积,吸湿透气性提高2倍以上,从而使肌肤表面热量快速散失,肌肤表面温度可以比穿着其他同规格纯棉织物低1~2℃,使穿着者倍感凉爽舒适。The paper discusses the production process of developing a pure cotton cool feeling fabric without using any cool feeling additives.By adjusting the yarn structure,the fabric can reduce the contact area with the skin,expand the gap of fabric stitch,increasing the surface area of moisture dissipation and heat dissipation.Therefore,the moisture absorption and air permeability of the fabrics are increased by more than 2 times,so that the heat on the skin surface can be quickly dissipated,and the skin surface temperature can be 1 to 2℃lower than that of other cotton fabrics of the same specification,making the wearer feel cool and comfortable.
