摘  要:文章主要介绍了铜氨纤维的特性及其在织造过程中的难点,通过对铜氨纱线的指标测试和分析,指出铜氨纱线染色后单纱强力低、耐磨性差会造成织机经停高、车速效率低。针对铜氨纱线的问题点,通过对浆纱工艺配方的调整和改进,提升了铜氨纱线上浆后的增强率和耐磨性,同时通过对上机工艺参数的对比选择,降低了织机经停,提升了车速和效率,有效解决了铜氨纱线染色后强力低、耐磨性差导致的织造问题。This paper mainly introduces the characteristics of cupro fiber and the difficulties in the weaving process.The test and analysis of the indexes of cupro yarn point out that its low yarn strength and poor wear resistance after dyeing lead to high warp stop and low speed efficiency of the loom.In an attempt to solve the related weave problems,the sizing process formula is adjusted to improve the yarn strength and wear resistance of cupro yarn.At the same time,through the comparison and selection of process parameters,the warp stop is reduced,and the operation speed and efficiency are improved.
