摘 要:在部分地区的配电系统中,变电站10 kV出线断路器配置了无延时的电流速断保护,保护范围较长,造成与馈线分段、分支等断路器保护的不完全配合问题,越级跳闸现象使故障停电范围扩大,降低了人工依靠断路器分闸指示定位故障的效率,并且影响了保护配合的集中型馈线自动化(feeder automation,FA)定位故障准确率。针对这个实践问题,研究了一种新颖的馈线多级断路器跳闸保护方案,提出了过电流保护的简易整定方法,以及采用短路电流定值图的过流保护配合分析法,阐述了多级跳闸模式的故障处理过程,分析了断路器过流保护与用户分界断路器、跌落式熔断器的配合。该方案与现场实践紧密结合,具有针对性与指导意义,可以在类似实践场景中推广应用。Current quick-break protection without delay is configured in the 10 kV outlet switch of the substation in the power distribution system in some areas,which might lead to incomplete fitting with switch protection such as mid-section feeder,and branch due to its long protection range.It is worth noting that override trip can result in extensive outage range,lower the efficiency in positioning fault indication due to the dependence of manual break separation,and decrease the concentrated FA fault positioning accuracy of relay coordination.In response to the above-mentioned problem,a novel feeder multi-pole switch trip protection scheme was studied in the dissertation.Firstly,a simple over-current protection setting method was proposed.On this basis,an over-current protection coordination analysis method on short-circuit current setting was also proposed expounding the fault handling process of multi-stage trip mode and analyzing the coordination of circuit breaker over-current protection,demarcation load switch and drop-out fuse.Integrating with the field practices,the proposed scheme that is targeted and instructive can be promoted and applied in similar practices scenarios.
