摘 要:将信息技术的最新成果应用于汽轮机设计、制造和运维等各环节有助于满足新的能源形势下对汽轮机高效、灵活发电的需求。论文提出"智慧汽轮机"的概念,说明其架构、特点以及全寿命周期解决方案,介绍以机器学习和深度学习为代表的人工智能算法在"智慧汽轮机"通流设计、控制策略、故障预测、知识迁移等方面的应用,总结"智慧汽轮机"发展亟待解决的6个关键问题,为发展"智慧汽轮机"提供了思路和具体的示例。The application of the latest achievements of information technology to the design, manufacture, operation and maintenance of steam turbines contributes to the demand for efficient and flexible power generation of steam turbines under the new energy situation. The paper proposed the concept of "intelligent steam turbine", and illustrated its structure, characteristic and life-cycle solution. The artificial intelligence algorithms represented by machine learning and deep learning were introduced for the applications in design, control strategy, fault prediction, knowledge transfer and etc. of "intelligent steam turbine". Six key issues to be urgently solved in the development of "intelligent steam turbines" were concluded, which provides ideas and specific examples for its development.
