摘  要:随着近年来油田的深度开发,水泡内加密井井场及通井路建设,导致水泡内水域分隔,水域面积减小,造成有效库容降低、蓄水及调节能力下降,致使水域库容持续减小,水域及周边地势、地貌环境变化巨大。尤其近2年降雨远超往年,加剧了水土流失致使排水渠道及涵洞淤堵。造成水泡及周边的低洼地,排水不畅,积水严重,区域内道路泥泞不堪,甚至水没过路面。严重影响了日常生产管理与水淹范围内居民及职工通行。With the deep development of oil fields in recent years,the construction of infill well site and drift path in blister has been carried out,As a result,the water area in the bubble is separated and the water area is reduced,As a result,the effective storage capacity and the capacity of water storage and regulation are reduced,As a result,the water storage capacity of our plant has been continuously reduced,and the topography and geomorphic environment around the plant have changed greatly.Especially,the rainfall in recent two years is far more than that in previous years,which aggravates soil erosion and causes silting of drainage channels and culverts.As a result,blisters and the surrounding low-lying land,poor drainage,serious ponding,and muddy roads in the area,It’s even over the road.It has seriously affected the daily production management and the passage of residents and workers within the flooded area.
