那屈肝素钙治疗子宫动脉血流异常复发性流产患者的效果

摘　　要：目的观察在子宫动脉血流异常复发性流产患者中应用那屈肝素钙治疗的效果。方法选取2018年2月至2019年5月我院收治的48例子宫动脉血流异常复发性流产患者,采用随机数字表法将患者分为两组,各24例,观察组患者使用那屈肝素钙治疗,对照组患者使用补肾活血方治疗,分析两组患者的治疗效果及治疗前后子宫动脉血流RI和S/D值。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组子宫动脉血流RI和S/D值比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后,观察组子宫动脉血流RI和S/D值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在子宫动脉血流异常复发性流产患者中给予那屈肝素钙治疗,可使其症状得到显著改善,治疗效果良好。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of nadroparin calcium in recurrent abortion with abnormal uterine artery blood flow.Methods A total of 48 cases of recurrent abortion with abnormal uterine artery blood flow in our hospital were randomly selected.The admission time of 48 cases was from February 2018 to May 2019.After the random number table grouping,the above patients were divided into two groups,24 cases in the treatment group were treated with nadroparin calcium,24 cases in the reference group were treated with bushen huoxue formula,and the diseases of the two groups were analyzed the therapeutic effect and RI and S/D value of uterine artery blood flow before and after treatment.Results Compared with the disease treatment effect,the treatment effect rate of patients in the treatment group was higher than that in the reference group,and the statistical significance of the data difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05);compared with the RI and S/D values of uterine artery blood flow before treatment,there was no significant difference(P>0.05),and the data in the treatment group was better than that in the reference group after treatment,the comparative result was statistical significance of the difference existed(P<0.05).Conclusion Nadroparin calcium can improve the symptoms of recurrent abortion patients with abnormal uterine artery blood flow,and the therapeutic effect is good.
