丙种球蛋白辅助糖皮质激素治疗哮喘患儿的效果

摘　　要：目的探析丙种球蛋白辅助糖皮质激素治疗哮喘患儿的效果。方法选取2016年8月至2018年3月我院收治的112例哮喘患儿为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=56)与研究组(n=56)。对照组患儿予以糖皮质激素治疗,研究组患儿在对照组基础上加用丙种球蛋白治疗。观察两组的治疗效果,症状缓解时间与住院时间,血清指标水平,不良反应发生情况以及病情复发情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率(94.64%)高于对照组(78.57%)(P<0.05);研究组症状缓解时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组IgG、IgM水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应总发生率高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组病情复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对哮喘患儿予以糖皮质激素与丙种球蛋白联合治疗的效果明显,有助于改善患儿的临床症状,补充患儿体内血清IgM与IgG水平,降低病情复发率,促进患儿病情恢复。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of gamma globulin assisted glucocorticoid therapy in children with asthma.Methods Using August 2016 to March 2018 as the time limit,112 children with asthma received in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(n=56)and stndy group(n=56).The control group was treated with glucocorticoids.On the basis of the control group,the study group was treated with gamma globulin.The therapeutic effect,remission time and hospitalization time,serum index level,adverse reaction rate and relapse rate were observed.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group(94.64%)was higher than that of the control group(78.57%)(P<0.05);the time of symptom relief and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);the IgG and IgM levels in the study group were obvious higher than the control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was higher than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the recurrence rate of the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of glucocorticoid and gamma globulin in children with asthma is effective in improving the clinical symptoms of the children,supplementing the serum IgM and IgG levels in the children,reducing the recurrence rate,and promoting the recovery of the children.
