他汀类药物治疗冠心病合并高脂血症的效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究冠心病合并高脂血症患者应用他汀类药物治疗的效果。方法从我院选定54例冠心病合并高脂血症患者,就诊时间2017年3月至2019年5月,经抽签法分为试验组(33例,行阿托伐他汀药物治疗)及对照组(21例,行瑞舒伐他汀治疗)。对比两组患者治疗总有效率、治疗前后血脂水平、心血管不良反应发生率、生活质量各维度评分。结果治疗后试验组治疗总有效率、血脂水平、心血管不良反应发生率、生活质量各维度评分较对照组均更加理想,组间差异明显(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者血脂水平比较差异不显著,P>0.05。结论冠心病合并高脂血症患者应用阿托伐他汀药物治疗,效果显著,安全性较高,可明显改善患者血脂水平及生活质量,临床运用价值较高。Objective To study the effect and value of statin therapy for coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia.Methods Fifty-four patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia were selected from our hospital from March 2017 to May 2019.They were divided into experimental group(33 cases,atorvastatin drug therapy)and control group(21 cases,rosuvastatin treatment).Total effective rate,serum lipid level,incidence of cardiovascular adverse reactions and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results Comparing the data between the two groups,the treatment effect,blood lipid level after treatment,incidence rate of cardiovascular adverse reactions and quality of life after treatment in the experimental group were more ideal than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The blood lipid levels of the two groups of patients before treatment were compared,with no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin is effective and safe in treating coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia,which can significantly improve the blood lipid level of patients,and is worthy of clinical application and recommendation,with high clinical application value.
