左旋氨氯地平联合坎地沙坦酯片治疗老年高血压的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨左旋氨氯地平与坎地沙坦酯片联合用药在老年高血压临床治疗中的应用效果。方法选取我院2018年4月至2019年6月收治的78例老年高血压患者,以随机单盲法为分组原则,分为观察组(左旋氨氯地平联合坎地沙坦酯片)和对照组(左旋氨氯地平)各39例,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者的治疗有效率以及健康调查量表36(36-Item Short Form Health Survey,Short Form 36,SF-36)评分相对更高(P<0.05),并发症发生率以及治疗后的收缩压(systolic pressure,SBP)水平、舒张压(diastolic pressure,DBP)水平以及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD)评分相对更低(P<0.05)。结论在老年高血压的临床治疗中,选择左旋氨氯地平与坎地沙坦酯片作为治疗药物,在控制血压稳定的同时,也降低了相关并发症的发生风险。Objective To investigate the effect of levamlodipine combined with candesartan dipiate tablet in the clinical treatment of senile hypertension.Methods Seventy-eighty elderly patients with hypertension who were admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to June 2019 were divided into observation group(levamlodipine combined with candesartan dipiate tablet)and control group(levamlodipine)with 39 patients in each group by randomized single blind method.The treatment effect of the two groups was observed.Results Compared with the control group,the treatment effective rate and the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)score in the observation group were higher(P<0.05).The incidence of complications and post-treatment systolic pressure(SBP),diastolic pressure(DBP)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)scores were significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of senile hypertension,levamlodipine and candesartan dipiate tablets are selected as the treatment drugs,while controlling the stability of blood pressure,it also reduces the risk of related complications.
