尿常规与尿微量蛋白检测在糖尿病早期肾损伤中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的评价糖尿病早期肾损伤疾病患者行尿常规与尿微量蛋白检测的价值,为糖尿病早期肾损伤治疗工作提供参考。方法选择2018年8月至2019年10月我院收治的100例糖尿病早期肾损伤患者以及100名健康体检者,分别作为此次试验的研究组和对照组,均行尿常规与尿微量蛋白检测。比较两组受试人群的尿常规阳性率、尿微量蛋白阳性率以及研究组尿常规尿蛋白结果定性分组(Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组)的尿微量蛋白水平。结果研究组尿常规阳性率以及尿微量蛋白阳性率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组中Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组患者的尿微量蛋白水平均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组中Ⅰ组患者的尿微量蛋白水平与对照组接近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对糖尿病患者行尿常规与尿微量蛋白检测可检出患者的早期肾损伤情况以及所处阶段,从而为临床早期治疗工作的开展提供参考。Objective To evaluate the value of urine routine test and urine microprotein detection in patients with early diabetic renal damage,and to provide reference for the treatment of early diabetic renal damage.Methods We selected 100 patients with early diabetic kidney injury and 100 healthy people who were admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to October 2019 as the study group and control group for this trial.Both urine routine and urine microprotein tests were performed.The positive rate of urine routine protein,the positive rate of urine microprotein and the level of urine microprotein in the qualitative group(groupⅠ,groupⅡ,groupⅢ,groupⅣ,groupⅤ)were compared between the control group and the study group.Results The positive rate of urine routine test and urine micro protein in the study group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).In addition,the levels of urinary microproteins in groupⅡ,Ⅲ,ⅣandⅤwere significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The level of urinary microprotein in groupⅠwas similar to that in control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Routine urine test and urinary microprotein test can detect the early renal injury and the stage of diabetic patients,so as to provide an effective reference for the early clinical treatment.
