麝香保心丸治疗合并高脂血症心脏X综合征患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨麝香保心丸治疗合并高脂血症心脏X综合征患者的临床效果。方法选取2016年7月至2018年8月医院收治的86例合并高脂血症心脏X综合征患者,随机分为两组,各43例,对照组采取常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用麝香保心丸治疗。比较两组治疗后的心绞痛发作频率、持续时间、心绞痛积分、硝酸甘油用量以及血脂水平[三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)及低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)]。结果治疗后,研究组心绞痛发作频率为(1.14±0.69)次/周、心绞痛持续时间为(2.27±0.93)分/次、心绞痛积分为(0.82±0.24)分、硝酸甘油用量为(1.24±0.59)片/日,对照组分别为(3.27±1.26)次/周、(5.42±1.76)分/次、(2.34±0.36)分、(2.05±0.78)片/日,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C分别为(3.21±0.66)、(4.18±0.73)、(3.15±0.58)、(1.93±0.73)mmol/L,对照组分别为(5.35±0.42)、(5.01±0.84)、(4.62±0.74)、(1.25±0.41)mmol/L,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用麝香保心丸治疗合并高脂血症心脏X综合征患者的疗效确切,能够有效改善患者的心绞痛发作频率和持续时间,降低血脂水平,减少硝酸甘油用量。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of shexiang baoxin pill in the treatment of patients with heart X syndrome complicated with hyperlipidemia.Methods A total of 86 patients with hyperlipidemia and heart X syndrome admitted to the hospital from July 2016 to August 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,while the study group was treated with shexiang baoxin pill.The frequency and duration of angina attacks,angina points,nitroglycerin dosage,and blood lipid levels,including triacylglycerol(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C),and low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C)were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results After treatment,the team angina frequency was(1.14±0.69)times per week,duration of angina was(2.27±0.93)min/time,angina was(0.82±0.24)points,the dosage of nitroglycerin was(1.24±0.59)/d in the study group,and were(3.27±1.26)times/week,(5.42±1.76)min/time,(2.34±0.36),(2.05±0.78)/d in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The TG was(3.21±0.66)mmol/L,TC was(4.18±0.73)mmol/L,LDL-C was(3.15±0.58)mmol/L,HDL-C was(1.93±0.73)mmol/L in the study group,and were(5.35±0.42)mmol/L,(5.01±0.84)mmol/L,(4.62±0.74)mmol/L,(1.25±0.41)mmol/L in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of shexiang baoxin pills is effective in treating patients with hyperlipidemia and heart X syndrome,which can effectively improve the frequency and duration of angina pectoris,lower blood lipid levels,and reduce the amount of nitroglycerin.
