护理干预对剖宫产产妇术后母乳喂养成功率及早期恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的观察护理干预对剖宫产产妇术后母乳喂养成功率及早期恢复的影响。方法选择沈阳市妇婴医院2017年6月至2019年1月的剖宫产产妇220例,采用数字编号法将产妇随机分成两组,对照组108例,采取常规护理;观察组112例,在常规护理的基础上采取护理干预措施。比较两组产妇术后泌乳始动时间、乳汁分泌情况、母乳喂养成功率、术后疼痛、感染等并发症发生率、产妇满意度。结果观察组产妇术后泌乳始动时间更早,乳汁分泌充足比例及母乳喂养成功率更高,与对照组相比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇术后并发症发生率降低,并具有更高的护理满意度,与对照组相比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对剖宫产产妇采取护理干预措施后,术后乳汁分泌充足的比例提高,母乳喂养的成功率提高,产妇恢复速度增快,同时产妇的满意度也有提升。Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention on the success rate and early recovery of breastfeeding after cesarean section.Methods A total of 220 cases of cesarean section were selected from Shenyang Maternity and Infant Hospital from June 2017 to January 2019.The women were randomly divided into two groups using the numbering method.The control group had 108 cases and received routine care;the observation group had 112 cases in routine care.Take nursing intervention measures on the basis of nursing.The postoperative lactation initiation time,milk secretion,breastfeeding success rate,postoperative pain,infection and other complications,and maternal satisfaction were compared between the two groups..Results The postpartum lactation time of the observation group was earlier,the proportion of milk secretion and the success rate of breastfeeding were higher.Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was lower in the observation group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher.Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After taking nursing intervention measures for cesarean women,the proportion of postoperative milk secretion increased,the success rate of breastfeeding increased,the rate of recovery of women increased,and the satisfaction of women increased.
