人性化护理在未足月胎膜早破产妇中的护理效果

摘　　要：目的研究将人性化护理模式应用在未足月胎膜早破产妇护理中所发挥的护理效果。方法将2019年2月至2020年2月来我院进行分娩的70例未足月胎膜早破产妇按照随机方法分为观察组和对照组,每组平均35例,分别对两组产妇配合人性化护理和常规护理,比较不同护理干预的效果。结果观察组产妇感染发生率为5.71%(2/35),明显低于对照组的31.43%(11/35),差异显著(P<0.05);观察组胎儿窘迫发生率占2.86%(1/35),明显低于对照组的28.57%(10/35),差异显著(P<0.05);观察组的满意度为91.43%(32/35),明显高于对照组的68.57%(24/35),差异显著(P<0.05);观察组的Apgar评分明显高于对照组,产后2 h出血量明显少于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对未足月胎膜早破产妇应用人性化护理能够有效降低产褥感染和胎儿窘迫的发生率,综合性的提升产妇的满意度,改善产妇Apgar评分,减少产后出血量,是理想的护理方法。Objective To study the nursing effect of applying the humanized nursing model in the nursing of premature fetal membranes.Methods 70 premature women with premature fetal membranes who came to our hospital for delivery from February 2019 to February 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with an average of 35 cases in each group.The two groups of women were cooperated with humanized nursing and conventional nursing,compare the effects of different nursing interventions.Results The incidence of maternal infection in the observation group was 5.71%(2/35),which was significantly lower than 31.43%(11/35)in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);the incidence of fetal distress in the observation group accounted for 2.86%(1/35),significantly lower than the control group's 28.57%(10/35),the difference was significant(P<0.05);the observation group's satisfaction was 91.43%(32/35),which was significantly higher than the control group's 68.57%(24/35),the difference was significant(P<0.05);the total Apgar score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the bleeding volume at 2 hours postpartum was significantly less than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanized nursing to preterm women with premature fetal membrane bankruptcy can effectively reduce the incidence of puerperal infection and fetal distress,comprehensively improve maternal satisfaction,improve maternal Apgar score,and reduce postpartum hemorrhage.It is ideal nursing care means.
