全程整体护理在肺结核合并咯血患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨全程整体护理在肺结核合并咯血患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年11月至2019年11月医院收治的74例肺结核合并咯血患者,通过随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,各37例,研究组开展全程整体护理,对照组开展常规护理,比较两组护理满意度及治疗相关指标。结果研究组护理满意度(94.74%)明显高于对照组(71.05%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者咳血停止时间、住院时间短于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,焦虑评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肺结核合并咳血患者的护理过程中实施全程整体护理模式,可进一步优化治疗效果,改善患者的焦虑程度,提升患者的生活质量和护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of holistic nursing in patients with tuberculosis combined with hemoptysis.Methods Seventy-four patients with pulmonary tuberculosis combined with hemoptysis who were admitted to our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected and divided into study group and control group by random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The study group received whole-process holistic nursing,while the control group received routine nursing.The nursing satisfaction and treatment-related indicators of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group(94.74%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(71.05%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The stopping time of hemoptysis and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,quality of life score was higher than that in the control group,and anxiety score was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing process of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis combined with hemoptysis,the implementation of the whole nursing mode can further optimize the treatment effect,improve the degree of anxiety of patients,improve the quality of life of patients and nursing satisfaction.
