心理护理结合健康教育对艾滋病患者依从性的影响

摘　　要：目的研究心理护理和健康教育对艾滋病患者依从性的影响。方法于本院艾滋病患者中随机抽取70例,分成两组,对照组采取常规护理方法,观察组增加心理护理和健康教育结合护理,对比两组患者护理效果。结果观察组未按时服药(1.20±0.41)次,漏服次数(0.39±0.75)次,表面抗原分化簇4受体(CD4+)T淋巴细胞计数(153.24±86.21)个/μL,均低于对照组的(1.53±0.52)次、(0.63±0.94)次、(175.82±92.16)个/μL(均P<0.05),而总依从率(97.1%)显著高于对照组(80.0%)(P<0.05)。结论对艾滋病患者采取心理护理和健康教育结合的护理模式,可有效提高患者依从性,减少未按时服药、漏服的情况,减轻患者负面情绪和心理问题,控制患者病情,维护治疗效果。Objective To study the effect of psychological nursing and health education on compliance of AIDS patients.Methods Seventy cases were randomly selected from AIDS patients in our hospital,they were divided into two groups.The control group adopted routine nursing methods.The observation group increased the combination of psychological nursing and health education.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The observation group did not take medicine on time(1.20±0.41)times,(0.39±0.75)times,additive cluster 4 receptor cluster of differentiation 4receptors,CD4+Tlymphocyte count(153.24±86.21)/μL,lower than the control group(1.53±0.52)times,(0.63±0.94)times,(175.82±92.16)/μL(all P<0.05),However,the total compliance rate(97.1%)was significantly higher th an that of the control group(80.0%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of mental nursing and health education should be adopted for AIDS patients,can effectively improve patient compliance,To reduce the failure to take the medicine on time,reduce negat ive emotional and psychological problems,control the patient's condition,maintain therapeutic effect.
