摘 要:脑微透析(B-MD)技术是一种以透析原理为基础,并结合灌流取样的脑部微量采样技术和高灵敏度分析技术,即可快速定量分析脑细胞外液物质,如脑内药物及其代谢物、神经递质等,从而研究与待测物质相关疾病的发生发展、病理过程、治疗方法和治疗效果等。B-MD技术广泛应用于多个领域,在毒品领域中的应用也在逐步开展。本文简要介绍B-MD技术的基本原理,重点概述其在毒品脑局部药动学研究、毒品成瘾机制研究和戒瘾治疗方法研究中的应用,并对其发展前景进行展望。Brain microdialysis(B-MD)is a brain micro-sampling technique based on the principle of dialysis combined with perfusion sampling.When combined with high sensitivity analysis technology,it can quickly and quantitatively analyze brain extracellular fluid substances,such as drugs and their metabolites and neurotransmitters in the brain,so as to study the occurrence and development,pathological process,treatments and therapeutic effects of diseases related to the substances to be tested.B-MD technology is widely used in many fields,and is increasingly used the field of drugs.In this review,the basic principles of B-MD technology are described in general,and its application in drug brain pharmacokinetics,drug addiction mechanism and abstinence treatment in particular.A vision of this technology is also presented.
