益气补肾汤治疗原发性骨质疏松症效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨益气补肾汤治疗原发性骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法选取佛山市禅城区人民医院、佛山健翔医院2019年1月至2020年3月接收的82例原发性骨质疏松症患者,随机分为研究组(n=41)与对照组(n=41)。对照组采取常规西药治疗,研究组在此基础上采取益气补肾汤治疗,比较两组患者日常生活活动能力评估量表(ADL)评分、治疗总有效率以及不良反应总发生率。结果治疗后,研究组患者ADL评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组总有效率(97.56%)高于对照组(82.93%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益气补肾汤治疗原发性骨质疏松症能够缓解患者症状,并改善患者日常生活活动能力,不良反应较少,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Bushen Decoction in the treatment of primary osteoporosis disease.Methods A total of 82 patients with primary osteoporosis disease admitted to Foshan Chancheng District People’s Hospital,Foshan Jianxiang Hospital from January 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into the study group(n=41)and the control group(n=41).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the study group was treated with Yiqi Bushen Decoction on the basis of the control group.The ADL score,total efficacy rate and total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients.Results After treatment,the ADL scores of patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group(97.56%)was higher than that of the control group(82.93%),and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Bushen Decoction can alleviate the symptoms of patients with primary osteoporosis disease and improve their abilities of daily living activities,with fewer ADRs,which is worthy of promotion.
