摘  要:目的观察评价分析高灵敏荧光定量检测丙型病毒性肝炎病毒核酸(HCV-RNA)在丙型病毒性肝炎诊疗中的应用效果。方法选择2018年2月至2019年2月中山市第二人民医院肝病门诊及戒毒所体检可疑感染丙肝的患者临床血清样本126例,分别采用HCV磁珠法试剂和对照试剂检测血清中RNA水平。结果磁珠法试剂检测126例样本中有54例阳性,72例阴性;对照试剂检测126例临床样本中有44例阳性,82例阴性,磁珠法试剂定量检测血清中RNA水平阳性率42.86%高于对照试剂34.92%(χ^(2)=1.670,P=0.196);磁珠法试剂和对照试剂的阳性样本具较好的一致性(P=0.0000),磁珠法试剂与对照试剂的定量检测结果具有线性相关(r=0.947,P<0.05)。结论磁珠法高灵敏荧光定量检测丙型肝炎病毒核酸(HCV-RNA)具有更高的灵敏度,是一种比较理想的HCV-RNA定量检测试剂,值得临床大力推广应用。Objective To observe,evaluate and analyze the application efficacy of highly sensitive fluorescence quantitative detection of HCV-RNA in diagnosis and treatment of hepatitis C.Methods A total of 126 clinical serum samples of patients suspected to be infected with hepatitis C through physical examination in hepatic disease clinic and drug rehabilitation center of Zhongshan Second People’s Hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected.Meanwhile,the RNA level in serum was detected by the HCV magnetic bead method reagent and the control reagent respectively.Results Among 126 samples detected by magnetic bead method,54 cases were positive,and 72 cases were negative,44 cases were positive,and 82 cases were negative in 126 clinical samples detected by the control reagent.The positive rate of serum RNA level in serum detected by magnetic bead method was 42.86%,which was higher than 34.92%of the control reagent(χ^(2)=1.670,P=0.196).The positive samples of magnetic bead reagent and control reagent had good consistency(P=0.0000).There was a linear correlation between the results of quantitative detection between magnetic bead reagent and control reagent(r=0.947,P<0.05).Conclusion The magnetic bead method is an ideal reagent for quantitative detection of hepatitis C virus nucleic acid(HCV-RNA)with higher sensitivity,and it is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
