摘 要:目的探讨血液透析对尿毒症并发症的疗效。方法选择2018年1月至2020年1月于湖北省通城县人民医院采取维持性血液透析治疗的94例尿毒症并发症患者作为研究对象。按随机数字表法将其均分为观察组(47例)及对照组(47例)。对照组采用常规血液透析治疗,观察组采用高通量血液透析治疗,比较两组各项肾功能指标以及并发症改善率。结果观察组的β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Cr)以及甲状旁腺素(PTH)各值分别为(12.58±1.24)mg/L、(21.35±2.04)mmol/L、(351.28±35.07)μmol/L、(345.83±34.51)ng/d L,对照组的β2-MG、BUN、Cr以及PTH各值分别为(20.26±2.03)mg/L、(26.13±2.54)mmol/L、(425.81±42.53)μmol/L(、500.53±50.16)ng/dL,观察组的β2-MG、BUN、Cr以及PTH各值均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组的并发症改善率为80.85%,高于对照组的59.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尿毒症并发症采取血液透析治疗是一种必要的治疗手段,但采取高通量血液透析治疗,会对尿毒症并发症产生更有效的治疗效果,可有效改善患者肾功能,值得推广。Objective To investigate the efficacy of hemodialysis in the treatment of uremic complications.Methods A total of 94 patients with uremic complications who were treated with maintenance hemodialysis in Tongcheng County People’s Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were equally divided into the observation group(n=47)and the control group(n=47)according to the number table.The control group was treated with conventional hemodialysis and the observation group was treated with high-flux hemodialysis.The renal function indexes and improvement rates of complications in two groups were compared.Results The values ofβ2-microglobulin(β2-MG),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Cr)and parathyroid hormone(PTH)in the observation group were(12.58±1.24)mg/L,(21.35±2.04)mmol/L,(351.28±35.07)μmol/L and(345.83±34.51)ng/dL,respectively,and those of control group were(20.26±2.03)mg/L,(26.13±2.54)mmol/L,(425.81±42.53)μmol/L,and(500.53±50.16)ng/dL,respectively.The values ofβ2-MG,BUN,Cr and PTH in the observation group were significantly superior to those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The improvement rate of complications in the observation group was 80.85%,higher than the control group(59.57%),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Hemodialysis is a necessary method for the treatment of uremic complications.However,high-flux hemodialysis has better efficacy on the treatment of uremic complications,which can improve the renal function of patients in an effective way and is worthy of popularization.
