穴位注射治疗神经根型颈椎病研究进展

摘　　要：通过文献研究的方法,在CNKI检索2015年1月至2020年10月发表的穴位注射治疗神经根型颈椎病相关文献,归纳和分析穴位注射治疗神经根型颈椎病的理论依据、选穴情况、用药情况、联合治疗手段、评价标准等。发现穴位注射治疗神经根型颈椎病常用穴位共32个,使用中药提取物注射剂共10种、西药注射剂共15种,穴位注射可与13种中西医治疗方法联合使用,其疗效评价方法以临床疗效评价为主共18种,治疗总有效率为82.9%~100.0%。表明穴位注射治疗神经根型颈椎病临床应用广泛,方法简单,疗效良好,但在药物、穴位选择及疗效评估等方面仍存在一些不足。According to the method of literature research,the related li terature of acupoint injection in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy published from January 2015 to October 2020 was searched in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI).Meanwhile,the theoretical basis,acupoint selection,medication,combined treatment methods and evaluation criteria of acupoint injection treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were summarized and analyzed.It was discovered that there were 32 acupoints commonly used in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy by acupoint injection,and 10 categories of traditional Chinese medicine extract injections and 15 categories of western medicine injections were used.Acupoint injection could be used in combination with 13 categories of Chinese and western medicine treatments,with 18 categories of clinical efficacy evaluation as the main evaluation methods,and the total effective rate was 82.9%-100.0%.It was indicated that acupoint injection was widely used in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy with simple method and good therapeutic efficacy,but there were still some shortcomings in medicine,acupoint se lection and therapeutic efficacy evaluation.
