摘　　要：目的探讨接受迷走神经刺激术治疗的难治性抑郁症患者围术期的护理措施。方法对广州医科大学附属脑科医院2020年1—3月收治的7例难治性抑郁症患者行迷走神经刺激术治疗,术前心理护理、健康宣教消除了患者的恐惧心理,能积极配合术前准备;术后加强并发症的观察和心理护理。结果7例难治性抑郁症患者住院期间均能较好配合检查和治疗,术前按时服药,接受术前检查及评估,术后均未出现手术并发症,住院期间未出现自杀行为。结论对难治性抑郁症患者围术期采用精细化的护理措施能确保迷走神经刺激手术安全顺利的进行和患者术后顺利康复。Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing measures of patients with refractory depression treated with vagal nerve stimulation(VNS).Methods A total of 7 patients with refractory depression admitted to the affiliated Brain Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from January to March 2020 were treated with VNS.Before operation,psychological nursing and health education eliminated the feared psychology of patients and made them actively cooperate with the preoperative preparation.After operation,the observation of complications and psychological nursing were strengthened.Results A total of 7 patients with refractory depression were able to well cooperate with the examination and treatment during hospitalization.They took medicine on time before operation and accepted the preoperative examination and evaluation.There were no postoperative complications and no suicidal behavior during hospitalization.Conclusion Meticulous nursing measures for patients with refractory depression during perioperative period can ensure the safe and smooth operation of VNS,as well as the smooth rehabilitation of patients after operation.
