精准延续护理对高血压患者自我管理能力和生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨精准延续护理对改善高血压患者自我管理能力和生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年3月至2019年10月三峡大学校医院收治的高血压患者112例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用精准延续护理。4个月后,分析两组患者的自我管理能力和生活质量得分情况。结果对两组患者进行自我管理水平调查,观察组自我管理能力总得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较两组患者的生活质量得分,观察组患者的生理健康得分和心理健康得分都显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组具有更高的护理满意度(P<0.05)。结论精准延续护理可以提高高血压患者的自我管理能力和生活质量,从而有利于促进患者的病情控制和身体康复。此外,精准延续护理也有利于提高患者对医护人员护理工作的满意度。Objective To investigate the impacts of precise continuous nursing on improving self-management ability and quality of life(QoL)in patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 112 patients with hypertension admitted to University Hospital,China Three Gorges University from March 2018 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with conventional nursing intervention,while the observation group was treated with precise continuous nursing.Four months later,the scores of self-management ability and QoL of the two groups of patients were analyzed.Results The selfmanagement ability level of the two groups of patients was investigated,and the total self-management ability score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Comparing the scores of QoL between the two groups of patients,the scores of physical health and mental health in patients of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The observation group had higher nursing satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion Precise continuous nursing can improve the self-management ability and QoL of patients with hypertension,and it is conducive to promoting the disease control and physical rehabilitation of patients.In addition,precise continuous nursing is also helpful to improve patients'satisfaction with the nursing work of medical staff.
