重建钉与加长PFNA治疗成人高位股骨转子下骨折疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨重建钉与加长PFNA治疗成人高位股骨转子下骨折(HSF)疗效。方法选取东海县人民医院2016年6月至2020年2月收诊的48例成人HSF患者,区域随机法分为试验组(24例,加长PFNA)与对照组(24例,重建钉),比较组间成人HSF患者的骨折愈合天数、下地行走天数、手术出血量、手术耗时、Harris评分、SQLS评分、E-IPSQ评分。结果试验组的骨折愈合天数、下地行走天数与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);其手术出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其手术耗时短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其Harris评分、SQLS评分、E-IPSQ评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加长PFNA有助于提高成人HSF患者的手术质量、生活质量,改善其髋关节功能。Objective To research the therapeutic efficacy of reconstructive nail and lengthened PFNA in the treatment of adult high subtrochanteric fracture(HSF).Methods A total of 48 adult patients with HSF admitted to Donghai County People's Hospital from June 2016 to February 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group(n=24,lengthened PFNA)and the control group(n=24,reconstructive nail)according to the regional random method.The fracture healing days,off-bed activity days,intraoperative hemorrhage volume,operation duration,Harris score,SQLS score and E-IPSQ score were compared between the two groups of adult patients.Results There were no statistically significant differences in fracture healing days and off-bed activity days between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).The intraoperative hemorrhage volume in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The operation duration in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Harris score,SQLS score and E-IPSQ score in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Lengthened PFNA is helpful to improve the operation quality and quality of life of adult patients with HSF,and improve their hip joint function.
