摘　　要：为解决线损管理组织结构不合理、线损管理方式不适应变革的问题,本文在智能电表全采集、全覆盖的形势下,通过4个角色群的构建和3个平台的搭建,提出PDCA线损闭环管理新模式,并结合企业实际探索实践线损管理新途径。In order to solve the problem of unreasonable organizational structure of line loss management and unsuitable for change of line loss management mode,this paper puts forward a new mode of closed-loop management of PDCA line loss through the construction of four role groups and three platforms under the situation of full collection and full coverage of intelligent ammeter,and explores a new way of practicing line loss management in combination with the actual situation of enterprises.
