摘　　要：文章从用电信息数据采集系统分析入手,分别从研发目的、研发过程、测试与应用效果等方面,对用电信息数据采集智能转换器的研发应用进行论述。结果表明,本次研发的智能转换器可以解决分散电能表的集抄问题,对于抄收效率的提升具有重要的现实意义。The article starts with the analysis of the electricity information data collection system,and discusses the R&D and application of the electricity information data collection smart converter from the aspects of research and development purpose,research and development process,testing and application effects.The results show that the intelligent converter developed this time can solve the problem of centralized reading of decentralized electric energy meters,and has important practical significance for the improvement of reading efficiency.
