摘　　要：总结1例行门腔静脉半转位肝移植术后患者并发胆漏及十二指肠漏的护理经验。护理要点包括:胆漏及十二指肠漏的护理、顽固性腹水的护理、营养不良与营养支持护理、康复训练与出院指导。经过精心的治疗及护理,患者康复出院,随访期间,无不适症状,移植肝功能正常。This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with bile leakage and duodenal leakage after liver transplantation with portal vein semi transposition. Nursing points :nursing care of bile leakage and duodenal leakage;nursing care of refractory ascites;nursing care of malnutrition and nutritional support;follow-up after discharge. After careful treatment and nursing care,the patient recovered and was discharged from the hospital. Up to now,there was no discomfort symptoms and liver transplantation function was normal.
