1例经股动脉采血并发假性动脉瘤患者的护理

摘　　要：总结1例高龄、心房颤动病史10余年且长期口服华法林凝血功能异常患者,经股动脉采集血标本致动脉血管分支破损、假性动脉瘤形成,并发失血性休克的护理体会。从医源性假性动脉瘤形成原因分析、失血性休克的急救与护理、股动脉探查术后护理与并发症的预防等方面总结护理经验。经过积极的治疗与护理,患者住院14 d后,好转出院。This paper summarized the nursing experience of an elderly patient with atrial fibrillation for more than 10 years,and long-term oral warfarin with abnormal coagulation function. Femoral artery blood sampling caused arterial branch damage,pseudoaneurysm formation,and hemorrhagic shock. The nursing experience was summarized from the analysis of causes of iatrogenic pseudoaneurysm,the first aid and nursing of hemorrhagic shock,postoperative nursing of femoral artery exploration and complications prevention. After active treatment and care for 14 days,the patient improved and was discharged.
