摘  要:夏季炎热干燥,熄火车辆在太阳直射下,坐垫和仪表盘等车内物品表温迅速升高,车内空间狭小、空气流通极差,加剧了高温产生的灼热感,使人感到极不舒适。为解决这一问题,开发设计了一种夏日车内自适应降温装置。该装置以温度检测模块、单向阀、触发模块、气囊、感应模块、气泵、封密块、透气管以及通风管等组成外辅助系统,分析车内温度,控制气泵与气囊工作,实现车辆在熄火与行驶时自动降低车内温度的目的,实现车辆自适应降温,减缓温度造成的不舒适感以保证乘坐体验与驾驶安全。In hot and dry summer,in a flameout vehicle in direct sunlight,the cushion and instrument panel surface temperatures rise rapidly,and narrow car space and extremely poor air circulation aggravate the burning sensation generated by high temperature,making people feel uncomfortable.In order to solve this problem,a kind of adaptive cooling device was developed and designed.The device consists of a temperature detection module,one-way valve,trigger module,airbags,induction module,air pump,sealing piece and vent pipe,ventilating pipe that are integrated into an auxiliary system,analyzing interior temperature,controlling air pump and airbag work,realizing the purpose of automatically lower the temperature inside the car while stalling or travelling and vehicle self-adaptive cooling,reducing the discomfort caused by temperature to ensure ride experience and driving safety.
