摘　　要：《2016年欧洲心脏病学会急慢性心力衰竭诊断与治疗指南》首次将射血分数中间值型心力衰竭这一亚型从射血分数30%~50%的心力衰竭中单独提出,此后《中国心力衰竭诊断和治疗指南2018》则正式提出了射血分数中间值型心力衰竭这一概念。不同亚型心力衰竭的临床特征及预后因素有很大差别,分析不同亚型心力衰竭的独特危险因素,有助于实现精准控制与治疗,提高生存率,改善患者生存质量。既往研究多集中于射血分数减少型心力衰竭和射血分数保留型心力衰竭,对于射血分数中间值型心力衰竭则研究甚少。现将射血分数中间值型心力衰竭的临床特征、治疗进展及预后情况综述如下,旨在减少并预防此亚型心力衰竭的发生,改善患者预后。The heart failure with midrange ejection fraction was firstly and separately proposed in 2016 ESC Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute and Chronic Heart Failure,from other heart failure types with ejection fraction between 30%and 50%.And this conception was officially proposed in the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure 2018.There are many differences between the pathogenesis and prognostic factors of different subtypes of heart failure.By analyzing the unique risk factors of different heart failure subtypes,it is possible to accurately control and treat these diseases,improve the survival rate and the quality of life.Most previous studies focused on heart failure with reduced ejection fraction and heart failure with preserved ejection fraction,with little effort concentrating on heart failure with intermediate ejection fraction.This review provided a brief overview about the clinical characteristics,treatment and prognosis of heart failure with midrange ejection fraction,so as to reduce and prevent the occurrence and development of this subtype of heart failure and improve the prognosis of patients.
