摘　　要：储存红细胞(sRBC)输注是围手术期急性贫血的主要治疗手段。目前,随着手术量的增加、新手术方式的开展以及多学科协作诊疗在围手术期的广泛应用,异体血的需求量日益增加,输血并发症随之增加。输注sRBC可提高人体细胞组织携氧能力,提升机体血容量,但由于sRBC在储存过程中经历了一系列损伤,故也可能会对机体造成不良影响。通过回顾sRBC输注相关并发症及可能机制,可以为减少红细胞储存损伤和输血相关并发症的发生提供新思路。Stored red blood cell(sRBC)infusion is the main treatment of perioperative acute anemia.At present,with the increase of the number of operations,the development of new surgical methods and the wide application of multidisciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment in surgery,the demand for allogeneic blood is increasing day by day,and the complications of blood transfusion are increasing accordingly.Infusion of sRBC can improve the oxygen-carrying capacity of human cells and tissues and increase the blood volume of the body,but it may also have adverse effects on the body due to a series of injuries during storage.By reviewing the complications related to sRBC transfusion and its possible mechanism,we can provide a new idea for reducing the injury of red blood cell storage and the occurrence of the complications.
