摘 要:量子点敏化太阳能电池(QDSSCs)相较于其它电池具有较高的理论转化效率(66%)且其生产成本相对较低,受到太阳能业界的广泛关注[1]。相较于其他太阳能电池,薄膜型电池可以降低太阳能发电的成本和缩小太阳能电池的体积,进而薄膜的制备成为太阳能电池性能好坏的关键性因素。目前大部分研究均针对于Cd系硫化物量子点展开,但由于其有较高毒性限制了Cd系硫化物在太阳能电池方面的发展。本文详细介绍了制备无毒环保的硫化物量子点薄膜以及PLD法制薄膜的优势,并展望未来发展,为增强光电转化效率促进太阳能电池的发展提供新的思路。Quantum dot sensitized solar cells(qdsscs)have high theoretical conversion efficiency(66%)compared with other batteries,and t heir production costs are relatively low,which has attracted extensive attention of the solar industry.Compared with other solar cells,thin film solar c ells can reduce the cost of solar power generation and reduce the volume of solar cells,and the preparation of thin films has become a key factor in th e performance of solar cells.At present,most of the researches are focused on Cd based sulfide quantum dots.However,due to their high toxicity,the development of Cd based sulfide in solar cells is limited.In this paper,the advantages of preparing non-toxic and environmentally friendly sulfide quantum dot films and PLD thin films are introduced in detail,and the future development is prospected,which provides new ideas for enhancing the pho toelectric conversion efficiency and promoting the development of solar cells.
