摘 要:目的探究脱险抗浸服充气系统供气流量与潜艇脱险程序的关联性,研究充气系统性能的工效要求。方法依据充气系统结构原理和脱险程序,推导供气流量计算模型,举例计算供气流量需求与脱险深度、脱险抗浸服气囊和头罩有效容积、快速上浮脱险加压速率时间常数(T值)的曲线关系。结果供气流量需求与脱险抗浸服气囊和头罩有效容积、脱险深度呈正相关,与T值呈负相关;同一T值下,供气流量需求的上下限值差距与深度呈正相关。结论充气系统供气流量需与脱险抗浸服气囊和头罩的有效容积相适应;充气系统对流量的控制精度在浅深度要求更高;T值变化对充气系统的伺服反馈调节要求和减压负荷的关系值得进一步探讨。Objective To investigate the correlation between the gas flow rate of the hood inflation system of the submarine escape immersion suit and the submarine escape procedures,and also to study the ergonomic requirements on the hood inflation system.Methods Based on the structural features of the gas supply system and escape procedures,the calculation model of gas supply flow rate was developed.The relationship between gas supply demands and escape depths,the effective volumes of the gasbag and hood in the submarine escape immersion suit,and the theoretical curve associated with the time constant(T value)of compressing rate during fast buoyancy ascent escape were calculated with examples.Results The demand for gas supply flow rate was positively correlated with the effective volume of the gasbag and hood of the immersion suit and escape depth,but was negatively correlated with the constant T value.At the same T value,the upper and lower limits of the gas supply flow rate demands were positively correlated with the escape depth.Conclusion The demands for the flow rate of gas supply system should be matched with the effective volumes of the gasbag and the hood of the escape and immersion suit.The flow rate of the gas supply system demands more accurate control at shallower depths.The servo feedback regulation demands associated with changes in T values and the relationship with decompression load are worth further investigation.
