摘　　要：开展舰艇军医急救技能培训,是提升舰艇卫勤保障能力的重要途径,解放军东部战区海军医院通过对2017-2019年来院进修的舰艇军医培训模式进行调整优化,聚焦提升舰艇军医急救能力进行针对性量化培训和考核,培训结束后对舰艇军医进行问卷调查,对比分析培训前和培训后考核成绩的变化,结果表明培训后舰艇军医急救技能得到显著提升,对培训模式和内容满意度较高。基于实践结果,提出了进一步加强舰艇军医急救技能培训的意见建议。First aid skill training is an important approach to enhance medical support capability onboard the ship.The training mode of shipboard medical officers who received training in the hospital from 2017 to 2019 was adjusted and optimized,and oriented quantitative training and assessment were executed,focusing on the improvement of first aid capability of shipboard medical officers.Upon completion of training,a questionnaire survey was conducted among the trained medical officers,and changes in outcomes before and after training were compared and analyzed.Results indicated that their first aid skill capability was significantly improved,and the trained medical officers had a high satisfaction rate in the training mode and contents.In view of the practical training results,recommendations are put forth for further strengthening of first aid skill training of shipboard medical officers.
